Step 3: Protective attachment (saisie conservatoire)
We secure your claim at an early stage, even before judgment, to prevent your debtor from arranging its own insolvency.
Step 4: Enforcement
We manage the enforcement of the decision with the commissaires de justice (bailiffs) until the sums due are actually recovered.
Step 1: Formal notice
We send your debtor a firm formal notice (mise en demeure). In a majority of cases, this first step is enough to unlock payment.
Step 2: Order for payment procedure (injonction de payer)
Where the amicable reminder fails, we bring the appropriate proceedings before the competent court to obtain an enforceable title.
